What data we collect

When you send an enquiry, use the LED Configurator or apply to the Partner Program, we collect the details you provide:

• your name, work email and phone number
• your company, country and the products you are interested in
• the project details and configuration you send us

Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use your data

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and support projects, and manage our relationship with partners. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months. Customer and partner records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period required by UK tax and company law.

This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (for example website hosting, email, and the form service that delivers enquiries from this website to our inbox), and with manufacturing or installation partners where needed to deliver your project. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and request a copy in a portable format. Email sales@gravitytech.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
